I work in a mid-size business where purchase requests are still handled through spreadsheets and emails. It’s becoming impossible to track who approved what and when. Sometimes invoices appear without any prior documentation. How do you manage this process efficiently? Is there any software that helps automate approvals and maintain transparency?
